On Thursday 16 November 2017, the 14th Frontin PAUW customer day was held. For the first time, subscribers to the new Frontin Buig product joined the more than 200 users of the PAUW application on this customer day.

Dirk Jans, manager of the Frontin Group, welcomed the group to his home town Veenendaal. He took the opportunity to inform the audience that the PAUW product was once again valued a steady 8.4 in the recent customer satisfaction survey. A great encouragement for the coming year!

The Frontin customer day, which is held annually, offers a busy program. In the morning, various workshops were held. Customers could set up their own schedule. Andries Kok of VNG talked about the current themes of the municipal funds based on the new Government agreement, and Bart Leurs of ROB highlighted some issues in the reports of the Government’s advisory board. New features in the Frontin products were introduced by Leo Aarts (research agency APE) and Patrick Schier (Frontin PAUW) who, in their respective workshops, showed the latest input and functionalities of the Buig and PAUW applications.

In addition to the informative workshops, professional triathlete Rob Barel spoke about the feasibility of success and the role of bad luck. At the end of the morning  Adjiedj Bakas, a famous trend watcher in The Netherlands, gave his vision on the future of Government  in his own fascinating way.

After an informative morning, lunch was served followed by a relaxed afternoon program. Unlike the morning, the afternoon invited the participant to socialize and challenge each other in a sporting way. A variety of outdoor sports was offered as well as an indoor wine tasting led by cellar master Jan Vegter.

We thank all customers for their presence and look back on a successful event. Of course a new Frontin customer day will be scheduled for next year. In the meantime, our team is always available for questions and comments.
